• Forged from proprietary 2618 high tensile strength alloy
• Polished crowns to reduce carbon build up and to minimize the effects of hot spots which can lead to detonation
• Top ring land scrolling protects against scuffing, provides oil retention aiding lubrication, and reduces crevice volume that can lead to detonation
• The accumulator grooves aids compression ring sealing under high cylinder pressures
• Lateral gas ports utilized in some applications. Gas ports aid ring sealing
• Formula One derived smooth blended barrel form and optimezed cam profile allows ultra high rpm and increases performance
• Xylan, fluoropolymer coated skirts provide friction reduction and wear resistance
• Superior finished pins are DLC coated, strong and lightweight
• Pistons are made in the same factory as our Formula One engine in Northampton, England
• Rings, Pins, and pin locks are included in the piston kit
